From my apartment not being ready with absolutely nothing installed or painted on my move in day to being exposed to black mold on more than one occasion. I was also given a garage at no cost because of all the issues only for them to remove my belongings and give the garage to another tenant after repeatedly telling them the garage belongs to me. There was a leak in my closet and items were damaged. No compensation and took their time fixing. There is now black mold growing in the shower as a result of a leak from the unit above me. My 2 year old daughter has developed respiratory issues and eczema skin flare up’s from this. They have no sense of urgency to fix this serious health issue. I will have to take the necessary legal action in order to get this resolved.

I lived at this complex for 2 years. During these 2 years I have seen at least 4 major office changes and at least 3- 4 Property managers. Obvious red flags! While the most recent office staff is probably one of the better in terms of customer service, in my experience with a situation that escalated to corporate office, it showed that this million/billion company doesn’t care about residents. Brief synopsis on issue and mgmt/corporates stance: I was left financially responsible and was paying $300-$400 mo for a 1bd electricity bill for a malfunctioning furnace part…during the frigid winter months. In other words I was paying for heat and not receiving it. Maintenance response- they neglected to inspect the furnace. They Came out multiple times and couldn’t find problem. They told me to basically accept the fact because I live above garages I should expect my furnance not to keep up with demands. Excuse me, like what type of management answer is that??? Last year…heat worked just fine(kinda. it actually worked too well because there was a malfunction causing heat to get up to 90 in apt though it was set on 75 max) Anyways They offered a space heater. Which would only cause my bill to rise. I declined and requested a third party vendor. He was much older than property techs and he found the problem within 20 mins. I escalated this issue to corporate requesting some type of reimbursement/credit Corporate response - aka some cookie cuter responses. “we value your feedback” “sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. “ They offered me a $100 gift card. I was offered more the last time there was a malfunction and my bills were much higher this year than last. They are simply not concerned about the burden , financially and physically I occurred for their negligence. They also aren’t consistent. Corporate decisions counteracted the work being done a local level. I think office staff did a way better job with trying to rectify vs corporate. Maintenance needs more training and support. I’m still not understanding why they did not inspect the furnace for a work order that clearly states improper heating issues. My experience with corporate has weighted my overall experience a great deal reflecting in my score rating. Guest Parking is practically nonexistent.
Not happy with this place from the start & it hasn’t gotten better. No promises was kept & l’m just over IT!! Contacting my attorney to see how l can at least shorten my least if l can’t get out of it. These people starting w/ the front office don’t follow though & l’m sooo furious. 1st impression should be good? Hummm, NOT! Nor the 2nd or 3rd & we haven’t been here 3 mos yet. I can’t deal with patchwork & that what they do. We still have holds in the walls no one came back to fix😡 I dislike apts. but this is the worst……seriously. From a unhappy tenant
It's been one month since garbage has been picked up from the entire premises. This happens several times a year. The office managers always act as though this is a new occurence, but they are lying. Or how would they know? There's a new set of employees at least every six months. The managing company deliberately creates a public health crisis by not paying the bill for garbage removal services. And then acts as though it was all a mistake. Dirty tactics to save money for their bi-annual bonuses. If you don't mind a dishonest company that overcharges for rent and inconsistent services, an apartment so poorly insulated that you pay $300 a month for heat that often fails, and the necessity to constantly remind the office about requested repairs, the Grande Reserve is your place.
Hi, RUN from this place. I go visit to my friend. She has NO heating in her place with this cold, and her apartment is in the low 50s. HOW!!!!! How can you be so irresponsible having the tenants like this. You need to send a technician!!! I suggested her take it to above the apartment, or legal action. She is keeping email and records of all of this. This what you are doing to her is inhumane.
