I toured this facility recently and I was very impressed. Beautiful facility and all the staff seemed very friendly! The residents appeared happy and looked well! I also liked that it’s tucked away in a quite area of Richmond! Highly recommend!

The facility is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The residents I saw seemed happy and content. Very calm atmosphere, nice and not too busy.
Grande Pointe is an incredible facility to place your loved ones looking for skilled rehab, respite and/ or long term needs. Their clinical team and ancillary team go above and beyond for all their residents and truly treat them as they’re their own family. Their facility is very clean and has a level of comfort you don’t always see when looking at skilled facilities. The management team excels all expectations of what a loved one wants when placing someone they care for at a facility for short term or long term care. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a facility that is a homelike environment/ setting.
I refused to allow my mother to stay in a place that ALLOW another patient to enter her room and harrase her. I had to help her use the bathroom, (a toilet chair over a bucket 😕) I had to clean her up and get her dressed No intake was done when she was transferred for rehab. She was not even in there for 24-hour. The therapist didn't show up until 11:30 but we were in the process of getting out of the hell hole. I would NEVER recommend this facility.
