I can’t say enough good things about Grand Villa at Ormond Beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to make sure my family member was well cared for. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!
My experience with Austin at Grand Villa was nothing short of amazing. I was searching for a place for my grandmother from New Jersey and it was so streesful to say the least. I was very dejected by the time I did my tour at Grand Villa with Austin, but i was so pleasantly surprised. Not only did Austin make me feel comfortable and listened to all the different dynamics at play with my very large family, but he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. All my worries, and those of my family in NJ, were quickly put to rest. The staff made my mom feel right at home on her first full day as a resident. She loves to joke around and is still full of life and they picked up on that and laughed right with her. That is exactly what she needed. From the front office, to the front desk, to the housekeeping staff, to the dining room staff, to the maintenance staff, to all the caregivers and activities staff…I know you all have a difficult job but I commend each and every one of you for your kindness and patience in caring for all of my mom’s needs…
Jean and her team went above and beyond to help assist myself, and a family member in need with finding an assisted living community that would be best suited to their needs. They were very forthcoming saying they would not be able to satisfy the medical requirements necessary, but went well above and beyond to find a nursing community that had their credentials even though it wasn't their own. For anyone looking for an amazing place, the Grand Villa in Ormond Beach was my first choice
