The facility itself is beautiful and there seems to be a lot of wonderful activities for the residents to enjoy. Unfortunately those are the only two positives in this facility. The facility and its management staff are clearly more interested in their bottom line than the care and rights of their residents. They allow things to happen to their residents and simply sweep them under the rug without notifying the responsible party. Simply put, if you care about your loved ones physical well being there are much better ALF’s in the immediate area that do offer such care and loving atmosphere.

I was in the area next door at the Deland Fish House. I stopped in at Grand Villa of Deland to pickup a brochure for a friend's family member. I was immediately wowed by how grand and clean the lobby looked. The young lady at the front desk was attentive and greeted me with a warm smile. The residents and staff conversing in the cafe area were friendly. I am too young to at this time to move into a retirement community, but I am hoping when I retire in the 10 years Grand Villa will be around!!!!
Grand Villa facilities are some of the best run nicest assisted living and memory care facilities my wife and i toured for a relative. Amazing staff from the leasing managers to the staff working the floors. Clean, well organized, caring staff that go out of their way to help with the transition.
My dad has been here several months and loves it. The staff and management are genuinely concerned about their residents. I would recommend Grand Villa Deland for your loved ones. I have piece of mind knowing my dad is well taken care of.
Visited Grand Villa of Deland in Feb 2025 and was very impressed with the facility including independent living apartments , assisted living options and the memory care area. The food was excellent and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Cole and TaMara answered all our questions and provided constant support and feedback on services and .availability. Excellent choice for your loved ones .
