We recently moved my sister in law into Grand Regency. The staff is exceptional in their knowledge and help with any questions, concerns or simply how things work here! We had a couple jobs for maintenance which were taken care of in less than 24hours! The kindness and caring shown by everyone including staff and other residents has been such a Godsend in an otherwise overwhelming situation.

I moved my mom from California into the grand Regency of Peoria on August 30th 2022 and to say the experience was amazing is an understatement. The staff as well as the lovely people who live here made this such a nice experience for my mom. When you need of facility for an older loved one who can no longer live on their own I would highly recommend Grand Regency of Peoria. She has settled in so wonderfully and has made this transition and this move a lot easier and to see her this happy considering she would never have wanted to go to a facility, just shows how wonderful this place is.
At first, I was being called constantly 4-5 times a day trying to get my loved one in their facility. Now all of a sudden when the manager finds out an associate of hers (in war with us as well as others) is the reason my loved one is out of her place, she is all of a sudden quiet and hesitant to help my loved one! Going by what someone else says is not a professional decision! People pick and choose on the basis of who they like or who is a puppet! We are not puppets....
This is a historical piece of Peoria dating back to when it was JUMERS HOTEL . It's beautiful inside and out . Makes for an amazing assisted living environment nowadays
