My mother was at the assisted living building at Oakmonte, which is now Grand Living, for seven wonderful years. We are so happy that Grand Living kept the exceptional Director, Rachael Guernsey, who is unparalleled in her field. We have never had an issue Rachael couldn't address in a positive manner in a short period of time. The facility is clean, the staff is wonderful, and they are very responsive. I cannot say enough good things about this facility--at least while Rachael is in charge. You can feel comfortable with your loved ones at Grand Living. My mom was so happy there.

Grand Living hosted a luncheon for Heathrow Women's Club last week. I am always treated respectfully and greeted by the front desk. The facility is clean and trendy. The staff couldn't have been nicer and definitely attentive. We had a plated lunch with a dessert demonstration. The chicken was moist and flavorful and I loved the brussel sprouts & sweet potato. The lemon tart with fresh berries was to die for! Several friends live here and rave about the many activities as well as the good food.
Grand Living hosted a fun luncheon buffet for the Heathrow Women’s Club yesterday with a Valentines Day theme. The staff attending to us was plentiful, pleasant and very attentive. The food was great and their head chef provided a dessert demo for our group. The facility decor is very warm and inviting.
The staff at Grand Living provided a warm and caring environment for my mother for over seven years. I am grateful to the aids on the floor, including Ada, the receptionist, Gerri and Shea general manager Rachael and wellness staff Sara along with many others who made her time there a happy experience.

The community is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff and management are friendly and treat the residents like family. They go above and beyond to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. There are always daily activities, outings, performances, and many other forms of entertainment available for the residents and family members to enjoy. The administration team at the Cordova Assisted Living does a great job! Starting with the executive director, Rachael Guernsey, who is very committed to the community, always accessible, and happy to help, and sales director Carol King, who is so kind, always smiling, and very professional! It is an awesome place where you or your loved one can live in a safe environment with the peace of mind that you are surrounded by loving individuals and that there is always someone available to help.
