I have been looking for a retirement community for my parents for years. I finally found the perfect place…. Grand Living at Wellen Park!! What is most impressive is the community has a beautiful mix of couples and singles. My parents have found such an amazing group of new friends and companions for dinners, parties or daily activities. The team at Grand Living is exceptional! See Ashley Troutman for a great tour of the community!! She is amazing and to this day she continues to provide assistance, answer questions or just make herself available to help my parents. Larry Deam provides stellar maintenance and he is always available to help my parents hang pictures or answer questions that may be a burden for most but not for him. His patience with my parents goes beyond a job description - he goes above and beyond. And Frank Gomes is the food service director and I can’t say enough about the outstanding food options, menu selections and his overall supervision of the dining experience!! He runs a smooth kitchen with such friendly service!! Professional and kind service (Ashley Troutman), stellar maintenance (Larry Deam)and a great dining experience (Frank Gomes) were the 3 most important priorities along with finding great new friends for my parents and Grand Living at Wellen Park has met those requirements and continues to exceed our expectations. Our family will continue our residency here for many generations to come!! Thank you to the team for being so incredibly special, loving your job because it does show and including us as part of your family!! ❤️💕
The best Way I can describe the accommodations and staff at Grand Living Wellen Park is Incredible! My Mom has been living here for a few months after relocating from New Jersey and is so happy here. The facility is like an all inclusive Ritz Carlton resort. Most importantly, the entire staff headed up by Executive Director Melissa Speciale treats the residents and each other like family and it shows. I doubt there is a retirement facility anywhere as nice as Grand Living with such a special, caring staff. Impressive would be an understatement. If I wasn't already impressed, the way the staff handled Hurricane Milton this past week was amazing. Sean Corey (Director of Events) even coordinated and was DJ for a gathering in the lounge area during the thick of the storm, keeping everyone calm and comfortable. Awesome job by the entire staff, as always and kudos to Melissa for steering this fine ship. Thank you all and God Bless!! Kenny Tobin
I have been a resident at Grand Living Wellen Park for seven months. During the hurricane, the staff made me feel comfortable taking the stress out of the situation. Melissa, the Executive Director, and the Leadership staff made me feel at home with their compassion and care for the residents. All the different departments really excelled. I had an electrical problem and put in a request. The staff responded within 5 minutes. I give Grand Living my highest recommendations.

I sold my Florida home myself and moved to Grand Living at Wellen Park. I had no idea that places like this existed.
