My mother recently moved into Grand Living at Riverstone and is having the best experience you could ever want for your family members! She has her independence with great care providers surrounding her. The dining options offer so much to choose from, and she says the food is exceptional; I have had the pleasure of joining her and agree. The staff is outstanding every step of the way from our initial meeting to her move in day and now everyday living. On her move in day, she was greeted by the resident welcome committee and has already made many new friends and discovered connections with people that know the same people. She enjoys the amenities and values the onsite PT and is making such progress in working with them. The facility is extremely clean and is so well maintained with all the emergency facilities you would expect to protect those living there. The daily activities that are offered are plentiful and top notch from social gatherings with live entertainment to physical activities, games and creative opportunities. I just cannot say enough about how impressed we are and after visiting 7 places in the area, hands down, this is the best place of all!

I cannot express enough how impressed we are with Gina and her staff at Grand Living. From the moment we moved our parents there, they made them feel at home and catered to their every need. All of the staff is extremely friendly and my parents felt like they were on a cruise! Highly recommend!
Nice building but it’s poorly run and the caregivers are stressed from being understaffed and the food for memory care is horrible. Active living is fine but memory care is so understaffed and medication not given on time or wrong. Several families complained to the executive director and nothing is ever done. Ed has never been seen on the memory care floor or dhow either for that matter. They recently lost a wonderful activities assistant and illuminations director. Sad all good employees are leaving or some going to leave.
My whole family is greatful to have found Grand Living. The facility is beautiful and there are constant activities to keep the residents engaged. My dad moved into Grand Living as a inaugural resident when the facility opened almost 3 years ago from Florida. They moved to be closer to their family in TX as they got older. He loved the residents and staff at Grand Living and was grateful that we moved him there. He recently passed away and the facility allowed us to host a memorial in his honor onsite and I could tell by the attendence and outpouring of sentiment that he made good friends with the resident as well as the staff. During his final weeks, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate him and his family. Maybe that will be my home in the future.
Grand Living at Riverstone is the place to be! The staff is super friendly and knows everyone by name! Their facility is absolutely stunning, always super clean, and very welcoming! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!
