Gate didn’t open unless you physically get out of car and click it over5 or more times for it to open .. very dangerous if it’s late night just sitting at the gate . Elevator and washers and dryers need to be updated or service for repairs .. we never see security but they claim we have one .?? Buildings where all half painted . My AC keeps leaking water in my apartment. And my stove keeps going out . Total amount of times 4xs now . But on a positive note : staff are amazing people very kind and polite. Too many outsiders parking in tenet’s parking they need a much stricter parking system

its insane, 2k a month for the smallest 2 bedroom 1 bath i 'have ever seen 775 sq ft. My 1 bedroom has a the same square footage as this 2 bedroom! I would understand the price for micro apartment, if this building was located in a better area, its located just one step above living in the hood. living in Miami getting insane
Moving here was the worst decision I ever made. They advertised a hall that is permanently closed, a pool that has been closed for 7 months. Limited parking and they are asking renters to park across the street at a different apartment building. The showers leak into the neighoring apartments causing a need for maintenance every week, and I'm sure it's growing mold.
Beautiful and cozy place, very quiet, good to live, excellent work staff
Everything is very clean, good service, good maintenance. According to my experience, it is a very quiet place.
