My father has been at Grand Brook memory care for over 2 1/2 years. All of the staff are wonderful, caring individuals and enjoy working with the residents. It’s always clean, smells nice, and the meals and snacks are wonderful. The staff have become part of our family over the past couple of years. They notify you of any changes or concerns. They decorate for every holiday (just beautifully done), have activities and sing songs. It’s my dad’s home now and he loves it there. Choosing Grand Brook for Dad’s home was the best decision! Moving someone out of your family home to a care facility is so difficult but the staff and nurses at GB are so supportive and caring. If you want the best memory care then Grand Brook is it!

Doesn't care about their clients. A CNA was let go of his position because he'd engage with his residents. He would give them hugs. Keep in mind this is a memory care facility. These residents need things like this. To still feel loved, valued, remembered, thought of. An employee was let go because ensured his residents felt these things and is un-fair. Becareful of where you place your loved ones. This is very sad 😔
Grand Brook Memory Care has been so wonderful to our Mother. Every employee works to make sure every resident is very well taken care of. They made our Mom feel at home from the very first day she moved in. The activities they arrange for the residents make living there enjoyable. Thank you Grand Brook for taking care of our BEAUTIFUL MOM! God Bless each of you!
We have loved Grand Brook in Rogers from the moment we walked in for our tour! We took my mom with us and as we were leaving she said, “I would love to live here”! She moved in the next week and she has been so happy ever since. It’s the small family setting that we love, but what drew us there was the wonderful staff and administration team. They are second to none and go above and beyond to make families feel cared for and loved! It’s a 10/10 for us!!!
My mom has been at Grand Brook over 2 years now. We looked at several assisted living and memory care facilities in the area but were impressed with the layout, cleanliness and room sizes at Grand Brook. The staff is great too! They always address the residents by name and with loving respect. They care for the whole person, spiritually, physically and intellectually. They keep me informed of any issues or needs, and involve me in her care plan. Their COVID protocols have been very rational & balanced, keeping the resident's best interests in mind.
