This is my fourth week at Grand Brook Memory Care in Carrollton. While I am new to the location I have found not a job, but a home. From the caring staff to the friendly and loved residents. If you have not toured your loved ones or if you are a marketer please come see me, Drew the new Community Relations Director!

This is an amazing facility that provides superior care to their residents. Everyone from the administration staff, nurses, med techs, and caregivers are so friendly, helpful, and attentive. The residents are fully engaged on a daily basis. I thoroughly enjoy working alongside the staff and cannot recommend this place enough for your loved one!
Grandbrook memory care is such a wonderful facility. The staff is amazing. The care the residents receive is some of the best I have seen. The facility always has great activities for the residents to participate in. Would recommend this facility and the care they provide 100%.
We brought my Father-in-Law to Grand Brook Carrollton last October. We visited a lot of different facilities, but we chose Grand Brook because it was brighter, had been recently updated and the staff offered more extensive care as your loved one's dementia got worse. This included simple things like incontinence care and feeding your loved one if they couldn't feed themselves. (Some facilities actually told us he would have to go somewhere else if he couldn't feed himself...ridiculous in my opinion). Gene was very happy there even as his condition worsened. He was always flirting with the ladies (he was 86) and taking candy from their candy dishes. :-) Grand Brook has a good staffing level, and they have consistent activities to get residents involved and moving, if possible. He took a few falls and they always took great care of him (sometimes he refused to use his walker). It really didn't matter if he was having a 'bad day', they always found a way to make him smile. In his last week of hospice care, we were touched by how many of the staff came by his room to check on him - even if they were not working. They all loved him! THANK YOU Grand Brook for taking care of Gene and making his last days as happy as possible! Obviously, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grand Brook of Carrollton!!
