We visited Grand Arbor as a group of cousin and spouses from Montana, North Carolina and Alexandria. Prior to our appoint we each explored Senior Living facilities near our respective homes. We have had family at Knute Nelson properties either as residents or as caregivers for 40 years. Their track record is excellent. I am impressed with the continued growth of services, their financial viability and particularly the quality and thoughtful construction at Grand Arbor. The apartments have vast closet and laundry rooms, large kitchens and at least one bedroom sufficiently large to accommodate a recliner. Standout are the large windows for lots of sunlight. We viewed 3 units any of which would make a comfortable new home. We all agreed that having a dining room that is open to the public was unexpected but a very thoughtful addition. The staff addressed everyone by name and chatted about their activities. And spotless!

Grand Arbor is truly a beautiful community with a friendly team of employees. I recently received a quick tour of the amenities, and what stood out the most to me was the wellness center on-campus (it's much nicer than my gym back home!). The movie theater was also a very cool feature and it's nice to know residents have a say in programming. The entryway was so nice I had to snap a quick photo -- it really feels like a resort!
My sister and I visited Grand Arbor with my mom for a tour. We were very impressed with the facility and all they have to offer. Wendy was an excellent guide! She was thorough and took her time listening to our needs as we visited all the areas we were interested in. We left thinking this would be a great place!
We enjoy occasional lunches at the Pioneer Grill and know several people who reside at Grand Arbor, so that piqued our interest in requesting a tour to learn more about the benefits of living at Grand Arbor. We have a very positive impression and intend to stay in contact as we consider Grand Arbor in the future.
I am very happy and comfortable at Grand Arbor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents are neighborly. I really like having the library. It’s fun to go to the movies and the popcorn is a nice treat. The exercise classes are truly beneficial. I enjoy going to breakfast and meeting friends for ‘burger night’! It’s wonderful to have church services available. I appreciate all the things Grand Arbor has to offer.
