Beautiful facility and amazing staff who welcomed my dad with open arms! His stay was only a short one, but he was very happy and well cared for! If he ever needs another facility, he told me Graham Oaks the only one he wants. Loved our experience and everyone there!

Graham Oaks is a great facility. Not only is it a beautiful facility but the staff are nice and helpful. Roxy Cook is the Admissions Director and she is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to admitting your loved one into the facility. They also have a secure unit if your loved one is exit seeking.
Graham Oaks is such an inviting and homey place to take your loved one for extra care. The employees are very compassionate and they treat the residents like family! There is weekly interaction activities that are always fun for everyone. The entire staff is always very easy and quick to tackle even the little things and make sure all questions are answered clearly! The facilities new remodel makes you feel just at home and you are always likely to see someone keeping things fresh and clean. This place is a great option for loved ones who are no longer able to live alone!!
Great facility. Staff is amazing, and has a great therapy team! Activity director is always busy with the residents doing lots of fun events. Makayla and her staff treat the residents like they are their family. Highly recommend!!!
Graham Oaks is an awesome facility! I have placed my mother there several times for respite care. My mother enjoys her time there and is very engaged in activities. I would highly recommend this facility for long-term care or short term if needed. Roxy Cook is an excellent staff member and is always on top of things! I highly appreciate all of the nurses and CNA’s that provide care to the residents 24 hours a day!
