Danielle and the rest of the staff have been incredible during the transition of moving my mom from assisted living into memory care. They are patient with us and literally have made this experience so easy for us. My mom loves spending time with her friends and it’s so great to see her active with the other residence. Our sweet Mom is in Memory Care at Grace Manor on Lake Morton and they are giving her such wonderful care. They have fun activities and take such exceptional good care of her. They always take time to chat with us when we visit and show genuine love for our Mom. Thank you so much for all you do every day🥰

Same people who own Chapman Manor at Lutz as of May 26th. Our 80 year old veteran fell and shattered his hip. Obstacles and no monitoring was the cause. Is this the same place that had covid issues? Don't know how these places can keep multiplying when they can't seem to manage just one property correctly. Look at the images, look what happened! What is wrong with you people? Is it really just ALL about money? We pay for the room, food and SERVICES! Floor two in memory care looks way overcrowded. No activities to speak of. No monitoring. No nothing. Look at the images of this resident and think long and hard about the family member you want to place at any Manor owned by this group of investors.
