They made many friends and enjoyed the daily coffee time, in addition to the caring staff. Uncaring. Neglect of residences. Dirty. Understaffed. Will bring tears to your eyes. Who cares for are elderly? Its a disgrace. Sanford better take a deep look and do something. I can't believe in this country that we can't do better for our elderly population...this is a disgrace
Would not let our daughter say goodbye to her grandpa, and harassed me as I said my goodbyes for not wearing a mask. Even though I have a medical condition and the Ada does not permit them to do this. They are terrible people and have no compassion. Should rename bad samaritan society.
They have many employees that just dont care. Want residents to just sit in their chairs all day. Nothing gets done unless you pursue it.
Excellent establishment with a caring group of individuals striving to provide only the best in retirement care.
