My wife and I have lived at Good Samaritan - Loveland Village for almost 8 years now. We live in a "twin-home" and love it here. We are a "young" 79 years of age and active in the Village, in town and at our church. Good Samaritan has much to commend it. It is a caring, Christian community that strives to serve well all of our nearly 400 residents living independently, in assisted living and in health care. Our administration is competent and friendly and easily accessible. The staff, in all areas, is kind with many motivated beyond their financial compensation. Are there small irritations from time to time? Of course, but we would not choose to live anywhere else at our stage in life. Should you be curious about the Village just come for a visit. It's the best way to know us.

My husband and I have lived at the Good Samaritan Village in Loveland for a little over a year. We live in one of the 76 twin homes and are very happy and content here. There are numerous activities and classes available, and the main facility has many amenities such as a chapel, restaurant, library, game room, fitness center, small pool, country store, etc. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. And most important, the residents like living here and are grateful to be here. The extended care option is an important part of this facility. Our adult children are thrilled we moved here and that all of our needs are taken care of. It makes their lives much easier and less stressful. Call and take a tour. Check it out and get your name on the list. It is worth 5 stars!
My wife Elvira wanted to move to an apartment setting after macular degeneration robbed her of mobility and independence. She felt that Loveland Village best met her needs. I became enthusiastic when I saw the gym learned about fitness classes offered. We’ve been here almost year now and have enjoyed the beautiful setting, our apartment, the staff and residents as well as the plentiful and enjoyable activities.
I moved into one of the independent living twin homes on October 1, 2024 and love it here! It truly is a village with so many conveniences. Exercise classes, country store, restaurant, beautiful walkable campus, ponds for fishing, on campus PT if needed, hairdresser and massage, 24 hour security staff and more. Wonderful knowledgeable friendly staff many whom have been here for years. I can now age in place. I highly recommend calling to request a tour and getting your name on the waiting list.
This is a mixed review, most all of the nurses were wonderful and overall gave great care to my Aunt for many years. There was one nurse who was curt in the way she spoke to patients, but that's a single issue and NOT the norm. The management is the issue. Olga is the most insincere and ineffective person; and unfortunately she is senior management. She would be cordial to you, but literally transfer you to a phone extension of a room with no one in attendance, just to get you off the phone. So I would call back and she would repeat this. Her staff told me this is why my calls rarely connected or were returned. I then communicated by email, which is a slow back and forth process to get anything done. The bills were wrong every other month or more. The time it took to correct them between the Loveland office(with Matthew) with limited hours or the back and forth between corporate was exhausting alone. When my Aunt did pass away on a Sunday morning, they emailed and said to remove her personal belongings within 24 hours. Although she had paid for the entire month upfront. "Good Christian facility" is a joke.
