After Good Samaritan confirmed bed availability & the insurance for my mom she was denied admission. They stated they can’t assist my mom with her needs. Even though their business manager & website confirms that they are equipped to help with long term memory care. Very disappointing to see how admissions never bothered to return any of my calls. I had a random person who stated he was a director contact me to say that they can not assist my mom with her needs even though I never got the opportunity to speak to anyone regarding her needs. I’m very disappointed with Good Samaritan and their lack of care for the elderly in need!!!

Unable to contact staff after hours. My wife called with a problem with her call button, and I called several numbers with no answer. Otherwise, they are a great facility with a staff that cares about their clients.
Very good senior care, seniors happy and staff kind and sweet and vaccinated against COVID 19
