My Father spent his last days here, he was on medicaid. I spent a lot of time there during this situation. Everyone seemed nice and mostly professional. But one time I was there and some lady walked in and was asking for payments. "Saying I'm from the business side" it didn't feel right. Clearly my father had a right to be there or else he never would of went in the first place. Paperwork was signed beforehand.

I went to visit a resident there and was very impressed with how clean it was and how friendly the staff were. I am going to be so happy to go visit him again.
Absolutely do not take your loved one here(Waverly road in Davenport, IA)The administration does not return phone calls, or follow protocol for care meetings. Without care meetings in proper time frames your loved one is held responsible for days that go over and medicaid does not cover. Your loved one then is sent bills to pad the nursing home pockets.Common theme when you finally here from administration here or at corporate is the last person has left and the new person is figuring out the mess. Scam artists. I was told they didn't have a social worker at one point, could only catch up with head nurse in the hallway, administrator said she had only been there 9 weeks and, of course, was cleaning up last person's mess. I could write a book about all the other things as well. Moved my loved one to a different facility where everything is done by the book, and she is very well taken care of.
Clean/Staff and PT personnel are very good. Food is horrendous I don’t think there is any nutritional value in it .
What staff working are really great people, but unfortunately they are way understaffed at this time and they cannot take care of the residents very well.
