My 90 year old dad who can no longer speak or do anything independently has been at Golden Years for a few months now. I find great comfort in knowing he is so well taken care of during his final days, months or whatever it may be. The staff engages all residents in such a kind, loving, compassionate way. The facility is beautiful. Visiting my dad there feels like walking into sunshine because of the smiling, friendly staff and how well maintained the place is, where other places we checked out seemed so depressing. Highly recommend. UPDATE: My dad has since passed away and the staff was so caring and passionate on the day of his death.

This is by far the worst place for your loved one the care is lacking tremendously multiple times when going there to visit my loved one was soiled through everything, never helped him clean his teeth or anything we had multiple phone calls out to them and still nothing changed. Everytime we went to visit he was sitting in a chair with the TV on blast no social interaction or anything. Some of the staff there were rude and passive aggressive when asking why this wasn't done. When he had to use the bathroom and push the light he had to wait 20 minutes for someone to finally show up. This place is embarrassing and definitely lacking "best care" that they claim they provide I would never send a loved one here ever. Stay as far away as possible.
Oh how the staff tenderly cared for our brother in his final days. What a beautiful, clean, warm and friendly environment. In our brothers last hours on earth, the staff made sure we had food and bedding so we didn't have to leave the room. They poured over us with sweet care and lovingly took care of our brother. We've experienced several care facilities in the past. NEVER have we felt so loved on by the staff. Our brother was always freshly bathed, had a fresh bed and was comfortable and happy. We KNEW Golden Years was the right place from the minute we arrived with a welcome sign and fresh flowers to the initial meeting with the nursing staff. No doubt Golden Years was the right choice.
Golden Years in Lake Geneva was a blessing to our family! The staff there is great! They took great care of mom and made sure she was comfortable right up until the end. I will never forget the great care and the love the entire staff showed our family! Thank you!
After having emergency bi-lateral knee repair surgery, Golden Years Walworth was the highest recommended by the staff at the hospital. I received the greatest of care! The nurses and CNA's were the greatest! I felt that they thought my convalescence and rehabilitation was their priority. The Physical Therapy staff got me up and moving and knew how to motivate me to get me back on my feet. The food... this food was no institutional food... it's freshly cooked to your taste and menu desire according to your dietary needs. The Nursing Director and Social Worker watched over my case with great care. I am on my way to a full recovery because of their surgery after-care and my desire return to a full productive life.
