Henry Im went the extra mile and worked diligently for me, as did Christina.. Everyone with BHP and Golden West. I needed them, and they were there. I have an affordable, amazing apartment with great views and plenty of light. Updated, the studio is perfect. I feel safe, have good care, and am in a "good vibe" community. MJ is fun, kind, and dedicated to a plethora of activities! The in-house PT staff are the best I've ever had. The salon is right next door;) The maintenance staff are aces, and a big thanks to Corn and staff. Ivan recently went the extra mile for me. Nicole at the front desk is always a bright light, always smiling. What a blessing Golden West is for seniors!

Golden West has been my home for 9+ years. Boulder Housing Partners is in the process of acquiring it, which has brought many smiles to the current community. The BHP team truly cares about the residents, and MJ Fimple is our new activity director, and is quite a force for good. Kudos MJ❣️Brittany Drach has been hired by BHP and is staying on here, and will continue helping residents as the Resident Service Coordinator. Great teams do great good💞🕊️
Fantastic low income residences in heart of Boulder. I'm so grateful to know there's Independent Living for seniors in Boulder w/o costing an arm and leg. Staff is great and helpful! Views are AMAZING. And, I enjoy interacting with the residents, who all seem very pleased with the newly renovated buildings, while I work w/individual clients.
Horrendous conditions and staff are brutally unpleasant. The last straw was visiting grandmother and friend at adjacent properties and getting booted for $160. Do not ever recommend people park in the parking lot even as visitors. I can’t believe a retirement community is punishing visitors by hiring an awful 3rd party booting company.
Recently introduced to GW through some friends of ours. Great company! Working with Anthony Garcia on quoting a complete overhaul replacing AC, furnace and water heater together. They have been fantastic to work with and they even replaced our sprinkler vaccuum breaker in the meantime. Great price and top notch work. Their plumbers were very courteous and professional and worked so clean. Took time to answer all my questions and never made me feel silly for asking them! Highly recommended.
