Thank you to the front desk or whoever answered my call, you were helpful and kind! Called the number she gave me for leasing and Montana was not very willing to help. She was trying to talk me out of making an appointment and getting my grandma on the waiting list and then was kinda rude when I said I was told it was 6 months wait she got rude with me saying no one should have said that there are 68 people waiting and it’s gonna be at least a year or longer. I asked about at least putting her on the waiting list and still she did not want to help. If this is how you treat people, I’m shocked. This seemed like a great fit until talking to leasing. Thanks for brushing me off, hopefully you all don’t treat the residents like that.

A very nice place to call home. Clean environment and upkeep is excellent. I feel safe in my community environment and overall like the process of safety checks and general council. It is important to be respectful to your neighbors and follow the guidelines of the co-op policy. It is great having the community boutique where you can purchase a variety of snacks and small household items. The decoration committee does a great job on seasonal interior decorations. In sum, I enjoy the peace and comfort of my home.
Volunteer ran with great results and in need of some mediocre upkeep. Otherwise a pretty decent place to hang your hat, really quiet with exception of Bingo night, shuffleboard events, VR play dates all encourages all to get out and mingle especially if your shy!! Ño Pressure 👍. Be considerate with policy . Security is at least mindful of the need to be pleasant and kind ¿
My mother lived there for 11 years until she passed. It's a beautiful place for senior-living and my mother loved it.
Dear management: I have seen your advertisements on various web pages and love what I see as a surperb living home invirment. Your open spaces in your main entrance, computer area, large closets , and big kitchens made calling your commuinity a place to call home. the commuity computer area reminds me of when I was going to CCBC = Essex and studing for a A.A. in Art Aprecation and met F.Scott Black a instructor in the theatre arts. I only wish you had a open house coming soon because I would like to be part of such a caring commuintiy
