My family is in the process of placing an 85 year old love one who needs care for dementia in a safe and secure facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The previous facility failed to live up to the family’s expectations. Our love one has wandered off twice; the most recent incident was in early August leaving us terrified and to worry about his life out there on the dangerous streets. We hoped and prayed for him to be found alive and unharmed. This time, we are being extremely careful about where he will be placed……not just any assisted living facility but one that will meet his level of care. Golden Arms Assisted Living Placement Services has reached out and extended their helping hand to guide us through this complicated process. Mr. Lee was very knowledgeable, patient and compassionate during our telephone conversation. For the first time in the last 57 days since my brother has been found and hospitalized, we are now beginning to feel there’s light at the end of the tunnel.
