I gave 1 star and really don’t deserve that. Straight trash there ! the upper staff treat Cna workers like they are beneath them, High turnover with supervisors. they don’t celebrate Cna month only do it for the LPN or RN’s they feed the residents horrible food , sometimes they eat breakfast (sausage biscuit & a cup of fruits for dinner. they take forever to fix anything in the rooms or send a resident to hospital . Too many people wanna be captains there. Not enough staff they always short handle. The place ain’t fit to raise a flee there . 5 thumbs down.

I cannot speak highly enough about this facility. The entire staff is friendly and engaging with residents and family members. You can tell they actually care about people. I breathe easier knowing that my grandfather is in their care.
I'm a resident here and love it. Food's great and everyone's really nice. There's always some sort of activity for me to go to if I feel like it.
This place has caused me to lose all faith in humanity. If you are considering this place for a loved one,please don't. As a current inmate here I am here to set you straight. No one truly cares for you. Call waiting lights go unanswered. Medicines are dispensed wrongly. Upper management shows but does nothing. I was put here 17 months ago and at the first inmate meeting the only thing that we wanted to talk about was the food.17 months later it's still the number 1 complaint. I buy 300 dollars worth of food a month to replace the that cannot be eaten. The food is hogslop at best. Please please consider another nursing that is not owned by the quirks.
Disabled uncle with plan of care had a requirement list for entry. They refused to do it saying he took away his rights and didn't need it. Guess the state after 3 years of evaluation does know! He ended up falling in poop, sitting for poop forbten min, going to hospital for days, beginning of sepsis and severely dehydrated. Oh yeah, states plan of wrong. Didn't bring lare night food, yelled at him, social won't call me back. Don't be persuaded by its prettiness Oh, he lost his 24 hour care from the state and must start all over again for aides
