I moved here in September. I love it here. The residents are all friendly. The office worker Lisa was very helpful when I had to sign my lease. She explained the rules of the building. What I like the most they allow small pets there no pet fees. When I get a chance I plan to put drapes on my windows when I get curtain rods for my windows. They have a small bus that take us to the stores. The laundry room is on the first floor it has two large washers and dryers and two regular washers and dryers. I always try to go down early. A lot of the residents put decorations on their doors for different seasons There's a nice park near by that you can walk near the river. When the weather gets warmer I will take a walk around the building. I can see the Delaware bridge from my bedroom window and the loading dock.

Nice senior apartments with nice management. I'm there every week to help my grandmother and I love to chat with the residents. Everyone so nice.
