Nice place for senior retirement. A family member lives here. She really likes it!! She tells me the maintenance crew is really good and she is pleased with the front office staff too. Nice location on Welsh Road in Huntungdon Valley near Bryn Athyn in Montgomery County. Thay have a hair salon on sight and plenty of activities for the residents to participate in. Lobby well kept and nicely decorated.

I have lived here almost a year and it is a great place for independent senior living. My parents lived here also. Beautiful inside and out. Pennypack Creek makes the outdoor scenery even better. Great amenities, secure, and friendly staff and residents. Glad mom and dad introduced me to this great place for retirement.
It's nice and clean inside. Very well maintained facility to live in for elderly people.
