’d like to share my experience at Monterey Aged Care. While there have been a few misunderstandings along the way, overall, the experience has been very positive. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and I want to particularly mention Lakmini, as well as the nurses and carers, who have all been wonderful to my mum, my family, and me. They consistently go above and beyond, making sure we feel supported. We are very grateful for the care and attention they provide.
I’m very happy with Blue Cross Montery where my mom has been an inpatient for almost 2.5 years. I visit her almost everyday and have built a good relationship with the staff. I find I am able to discuss any concerns with senior staff and they act on these concerns promptly and in a timely manner. I understand they have a difficult job serving so many residents, but they make time to listen and acknowledge resident’s families. Whilst I am happy with all the staff I ‘d like to pick out two in particular who I feel are easy to approach and know they will always listen and try to resolve any issues. Lori, the Facility Manager who encourages her staff to provide high standards of care and is always approachable and willing to help. The other is Senior Clinical Nurse Lakmini. I am always able to speak with her on any matters of concern and she goes above and beyond to help. Thank you to all the Staff for your hard work in helping to make my mum’s stay so much more comfortable and helping me rest in the knowledge that my mum is being well cared for. Many Thanx.
Till today I am thankful for this community for helping out my elderly mother, my mother has been doing so good for the past few weeks thanks to this Opalhealthcare Monterey I am so so thankful for the staff and helpers helping out elderly people in need including my mother, my mother wanted just wanted to say, thank you for getting her to feel much MUCH better and full with love!! Shout out to the Opalhealthcare Monterey Manager and Staff, I would definitely recommend coming here again if my mother needs any help, you guys are the best and I will be hoping to see Opalhealthcare Monterey again!.
My Papa was respite for 3 months in this facility, it was the right place for my Papa. The Managerment team and staff was so lovely. My Papa didn't want to leave lol, he told us GO for more holiday and be will stay here. I will recommend this facility anyone looking for place for there relative.
