I was told by the office manager, Deborah Washington to schedule a move in date. Unfortunately, that never happened due to the fact she failed to tell me that my income at that time was too high, and I didn't qualify. She had all of my income info from the start, why didn't she tell me up front instead of giving me the run around. I really wanted to live there, it seemed like a nice place to live and meet new people. I started a connection with the residence there.

I have never been so disappointed over a place..my neighbor upstairs has harrased me for 2 yrs hit my car never said anything .hammers on my ceiling stomps open shut balcony door all night runsequipment to send vibration through the walls i went to court they have not donr nothing to stop them i akso have had no heat all winter..im 74
