Unfortunately there has been an increase in turnover and it is almost impossible to get a response, or have someone check on your family member. I have a loved one that is a resident at this facility and I am disappointed in the level of care and communication. We can’t even successfully have her meals delivered, even though we have a doctors instruction to do so. She has literally gone an entire day with no meal, and no one who answers the phone to help us fix this issue.
Glasswater is a beautiful place! The staff and residents are very pleasant. Everyone makes you feel so at home and comfortable. The food is excellent and the activity schedule is fun and exciting! I could not recommend a better place! Christina is awesome!
I moved here so I could live independently for now, and can transition to assisted living whe that time came. I could not be happier! Staff is marvelous, residents all get along, food is great, activities, variety for everyone. THIS IS LIKE LIVING IN A LUXURY HOTEL!!
I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the dedication from the Director of nursing Keisha. She is awesome and always has the best interest of her patients that reside their. A excellent place for your love ones.
