You have your loved ones that you hate. This is a place for you.!!! Residents with roam the halls looking for their rooms with no assistance from rude no caring staff. Your loved one could fall and be on the floor for an hour and half if they are lucky. Placed in unnecessary rooms for no reason at all just cause they didn’t want to deal with them!!! I truly feel sorry for the residents here, please check on them!!

Never any staff after hours to check on my father , communication isn't well given in the facility in-between personnel. really not please with my fathers first 90 days being in an facility havent second thoughts
Mom has been here 1 week. I stopped in Wednesday to drop something off to her. My Mom looked at me and said I really do like it here. The people (residents) and aides are ALL really nice. That made my heart smile. I agree...everyone is really nice and welcoming. They seem to really care and that makes the difference. Misty made the move so smooth and easy. Moving Mom was stressful...arrival was peaceful and pleasant. Thank you ALL!!
Just moved my Mom in today. Finding a home for a loved one can be stressful and challenging. I really liked Glade when I toured. It felt friendly, open and peaceful. Misty made the tour, paperwork and EVERYTHING smooth and peaceful. The staff is very friendly, loving and amazing. I am thankful and grateful and I sincerely appreciate what you are doing in your community. Thank you! PS - I toured while you were having your Mother's Day celebration. That was really special!
Misty, Shane and staff have been Ah-mazing!! Top notch customer service and great energy! You can tell immediately the care they give to their residents! When I first walked in you can feel the warmth with the staff and the residents sitting around the fireplace!! It made my sister & I feel very welcomed. The decision to place our mother here is very comforting!
