I used Gilchrest for transportation in my power wheelchair. They are friendly and professional. Always thoughtful and kind. Drivers are very punctual and know their way around the city of Wooster.
For a lot of months now I have been using Gilcrest for all of my medical transportation. They have been amazing, friendly and wonderful to be around. I couldn’t have had a better place.They really treat you like family I would recommend them to everyone thank you gilcrest for always taking care of me
I left my review with the wrong account initially. I was depending on this company to get to my medical appointments covered through Medicaid. These are very important procedures that have jeopardized my welfare not being able to attend them. This company has repeatedly failed to pick me up as well as sending people to my door unexpectedly. This company is a threat to depend on if you or your loved ones have any sort of needs with expectations. Please don't fall prey to their antics. As a quadriplegic, and an advocate, please contact me for any information needed. I'm more than glad to try to offer resources or information to help navigate this difficult system where many will indiscriminately take advantage of or disregard the weakest. At least be a voice for justice so others don't fall prey. I offered the owners the opportunity to reach out to me before posting reviews. This is the first of many to come. The best of luck to everyone depending on the resources of others.
Wife was transported to a Doctor's appointment on Tuesday 7/6/2021 and Rachel Smith was our driver! What a fantastic service! On time, courteous and helpful. Thank you to Gilcrest and a huge well done to Rachel!
