We would like to sincerely thank all the nursing staff at the "Seewiese" ward for their care of our mother/grandmother over the past two years. With great dedication, care, and attention, you have paved a dignified path for our grandmother. Our thanks also go to the administration and management. You have always been competent contacts and partners for us to talk to. As family members, we have come to know and value the Erasmus Alberus House as a very reliable partner in our old age. Dear Mr. Brandt, Dear Ms. Martha Kneipp, unfortunately I haven't had time to write this to you yet. First of all, dear Ms. Kneipp, I couldn't manage the QR code and I had my hands full at home alone with my parents do that I just couldn't do it. Everything is different when you have to look after two people, you want to do justice to everyone and you don't have the help that you have in your facility for your father or in the hospital for your mother! My sister and I are very grateful to you for this! From the beginning, there were always people there who introduced themselves, explained everything to him and my father felt very comfortable despite his blindness and deafness, he was picked up for dinner, for coffee...for dinner! I can't imagine any better care for him today and he hasn't said anything negative about it either! He was particularly impressed...I was also very impressed by two young nurses (I hope I expressed myself correctly), a Chantal and a Mariella, and he really enjoyed talking to the young ladies.....unlike us sisters wants to mean something to him!!! Personally, I found all the nursing staff to be very nice and, above all, very friendly and empathetic! I also really liked the rooms, my father got along very well despite his disabilities. He would also like to thank Mrs. Seidel! The way I got to know the house, I could personally imagine living in this house! I would like to thank everyone, including the residents, that I was able to get to know during this time! Thanks! Thank you very much. I'm currently working at the Friedberger Tafel - on a voluntary basis - if you ever need someone to do voluntary work for you in the future, then I would be there! Always assuming ours, mine no longer need care due to age! (sounds bad, but it's not)! Who knows, maybe I'm the one making the request......................?? I spent a total of 44 days (November 24 to January 25) for short-term care at the Erasmus Alberus House in Friedberg. I was very impressed with both the house and the staff. The employees are responsible for the patients/residents. very approachable, always friendly and helpful. The room and food also met my expectations. Thank you for the good care.
My stepfather spent almost the last two years of his life in the Erasmus Alberus House and I have to say my opinion of nursing homes completely changed after his stay. It is the warmest, friendliest and cleanest nursing home I have ever seen. My stepfather and I immediately took all of the staff, without exception, to our hearts. During my many visits I never had a strange feeling; it was more like coming home. His dementia made him somewhat disoriented, but with lots of love and affection he felt increasingly secure. My special thanks also go to the nursing manager Ms. Kneipp and the facility manager Mr. Brandt, who were always willing to listen. I will always remember you all fondly, thank you.
