Diakonie Groß-Umstadt provided reliable and loving care for my mother. All contacts, both nursing staff and in the office, were nice, helpful and very competent. The help started small, once a week. When my mother needed more help, it was quick and easy. All regulations were also reliably taken care of. That was a big relief for us. When my mother died, the carer who found her stayed with her until I arrived. A nice, respectful gesture. Thank you for everything and a big recommendation for this care team. 🧡 I come from a nursing background myself and know that the conditions are often catastrophic. But it's nice to see that it's still possible to care with heart.

Both my parents-in-law are looked after by the Diakoniestation. The employees are friendly and competent. The nursing service management is extremely committed, friendly and reliable. Accessibility by telephone and email is very good. Inquiries are responded to quickly. Here they really try to make everything possible possible. The collaboration with the local pharmacy and family doctor's practice also works well. We are very satisfied and can only recommend the Diakoniestation.
I have been dealing with Diakonie's nursing service for several years and am very satisfied with the employees. THEY are very competent, reliable and friendly and I am glad that such care angels exist. A big compliment and thank you to the Diakonie.
