I became a volunteer Guardian for a lady that resides at Geneva Lake Manor. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with warm professionalism from the staff and management. I couldn't be more grateful for the care they provide for her. She is always neat and clean and very happy! She loves to play cards and the staff always takes the time to play her favorite games. Communication is excellent, the staff calls me with any updates or concerns and that gives me great peace of mind. Thank you to all for your care and compassion, you are truly appreciated!

Make SURE you know which Lake Geneva facility you are going to! They are definitely NOT the same. Emphasize to the hospital where you want to go and ensure it is not this place! Family had a horrible experience and could not wait to be out. Dirty. Unpleasant staff. Expressing concerns did nothing. Would not recommend to anyone.
I wish I could give this place a lower review than a 0. My grandma was admitted for therapy and who knows how much she actually got. My grandpa was there from 8am-10:00pm at night and didn’t see them take her for therapy. My family finally asked and they said they were doing therapy with her, they are liars. We almost got a teddy bear camera in her room just to see what they are really about. My family had to ask them to give her a shower they didn’t automatically give her one. She was sick for three weeks with diarrhea and they just now diagnosed her with an infection. She ended up back in the hospital due to their error. To top it all off they left papers to release a corpse for another resident on my grandmas table and she happened to read them and they terrified her. The staffs response the CNA LAUGHED. Absolutely disgusting they should be shut down for their gross neglect and cold demeanor. My family is filing a report with state. Do NOT send your loved one here.
5 stars Nurses Mike, Annika, Andrew; cnas, food employees Harper,Tessa,Snack dude, social worker stephanie, Franake all 5 stars for professionalism, caring, amazing positive attitudes and always giving 150%! —0 stars Occupational therapy Michelle -0 stars for declaring she hates her job and proving it every minute she didn’t do it she lied on reports didn’t care about therapeutic care plans or patients safety or progress, Some woman who was brought from mid-level management who raised her voice and repeated herself over and over after telling me immediately when she walked in the room but she only had 10 minutes to speak to me and did not care about the safety of anyone Residing at the Manor is not even on the star chart and I suspect her whole job was to ensure that nobody complains. A lack of communication was staggering. I asked for my personal documents and it took six days. I asked for a peer to peer progress support for my insurance company. The person insured that not only was there no support in it it turned the situation negative. hopefully these things can be Corrected through communication and line management strategy enhancement
I came to tour geneva lake manor,,because my mom is going to be place there and I was amazed of how that place is, not only was it very welcoming but also clean, ,the human resources person, Jasmin explain and show me the facility,and introduce me to the staff and everyone was friendly, I felt comfortable, and I know this is going to be the best place for mom. THANK YOU LORD 🙏🏻❤️
