My experience here has been phenomenal! The administrator is the best I've had the pleasure to see in action. She genuinely cares for the people here! The nursing staff is caring, considerate, and they work so hard!!! The aides answer your call light as fast as they can. They make sure I have what I ask for every time! I am assisted with showers every shower day because, I require very little help personally. The rooms are all private with your own bathroom with a shower. The rooms are cleaned every day. The rehabilitation staff is absolutely amazing. Every experience with that team has been nothing but positive. The rooms at the end of the hall (where mine is) are more spacious and have 2 windows. The only down side with these is that they can only have a small TV due to less wall space. This facility is clean, comfortable, and the staff is next to none. I am truly having an awesome experience here. I encourage you to choose Geneva Rehabilitation and Nursing Center!!!! I have nothing negative to say in reference to my stay here.

This place is deplorable. My grandmother was given the incorrect dose of her medication many times - thankfully her mind is sharp enough to catch it but there are many there who don't have that same mental capacity which makes it a dangerous situation. My grandmother would often be left without having her bathroom needs taken care of and developed a terrible rash while she was there. The food is awful - lukewarm hotdog on a stale bun with severely uncooked french fries are a dinner staple and one time I witnessed her being served a pile of mush that was seriously unidentifiable. There are a few good aids but more of them that are uncaring and unprofessional. The rooms are private and clean which at first is appealing but doesn't make up for the negligence in other areas of care. Avoid this place at all costs - especially if your loved one is not able to communicate effectively to voice concerns.
Thank You Soooo Much Jackie and Kelly, Dana, Becky, Sarah and all of the Team members at Geneva Center. I am confident that without all of you Tom would not be where he is today and you all just started, can't wait to see what the future holds. Thank You Jesus for giving us Geneva Center!! Wonderful facility and workers. STNA’s work so hard to ensure residents are taking care of properly and give there heart to this job along with Nurses.
This place is awesome and the staff is amazing. From the housekeepers to the administrator. The one or two residents "screaming" for help are very hard to please. I know because I've tried to help them myself. Shortly after, I felt like a fool, because the aids tried to tell me..half the time they screaming bloody murder, they are sound asleep. It's just what they do. Katelyn, Christina, Sandra and April are some of the nicest, most helpful aids I ever met. Andrea, Ashley and Rebecca are some of the best nurses. Dana and Jacky are my everything (therapy)Lori is responsible for keeping everyone in line, and she does a great job! I'm truly blessed to have come here, and I owe them my life at the very least. Kevin and Brooke with transport are beyond awesome. They are very professional and hilarious. They are great parents and they had a great wedding. But now I'm getting sidetracked. I do that alote lol Courtney, Ben, Helen and Dawn in dietary try to please everyone which is impossible, but they keep trying. Thanks for everything Geneva center! I love yawl and I will never forget you. Your all beautiful;) and I'm sorry for all the verbal abuse you all put up with. You deserve better! Kevin and I will show you how to nip that in the butt lol ok bye
