Don’t leave loved ones here I’ve seen residents left alone till they tried to get up or roll themselves back to there rooms I’ve heard them yelled at over asking to go back while 3 staff members sit at the desk on there phones memory care doesn’t care at all about there residents leaving them wet walking around leaving there call bells unhooked I’ve walked in to call bells going off and staff sitting there ignoring them they treat some staff like there the best workers ever but others like the cook Steven like he is garbage when he does more than most of them the lady that runs it would not wants female managers she ran off the last male manager over a made up reason I would not work there or leave your loved ones there

Seen them leave a 96 year old resident sitting in the dining room over a hour the last used the bathroom on her self and was still sitting there seem staff yell at many residents and let them wonder around asking for help while staff walked by them saying they know were.they are at heard staff say that they couldn’t wait for the resident to die cause they was complaining about chest pain working there they choose favorites and they can scream at residents and staff and nothing happens seen residents walk around wet while staff sat on phones ignoring them
