1600 Eagle Ridge Dr S, Renton, WA 98055, United States
Finding an assisted living for your loved one can be scary and challenging. That was not the case here. I highly recommend the Lodge at Eagle Ridge! From the first communication Macey has been my go to person. She ( and Jessica) went to visited my mom in a rehab facility. Someone is always available to answer questions. All of us have been treated with kindness and respect. The facility is beautiful and the people are friendly. This can be a hard transition and everyone has went out of their way to make it easier! Thank you!!- update 6 months later I can say there are a lot of great people who truly care for the residents. The cost of services are outrageous. Washers are often broken. Holidays have skeleton staff and the garbage will pile up into the hallway. Also because it’s a skeleton staff there’s no activities scheduled. They force you to use their pharmacy- of course there’s a charge for this and then are negligent about giving your medicine. My mom did not get her eloquist for 3 months due to this places mistake and when brought to Jessica’s attention all she could do was point fingers. No accountability or apology! Jessica is friendly initially, then places blame on everyone else when things go wrong. Her excuse for not doing her job well, she has 70+ residents to take care of. Try asking to meet with her., all you will get is excuses about how busy she is. If you choose gen care make sure your family member is getting what you are paying for. Multiple times they stopped giving showers twice a week- no refund- once again this was my mom’s mistake. She should’ve reported it sooner- How? Jessica is too busy to meet. I have worked with the public all my adult life, I’ve never been able to tell customers I’m too busy to do my job. This could be a great place, it’s a beautiful location, some truly remarkable staff- nurses, therapist, kitchen staff. Unfortunately the mistakes they made with my mom’s medicine could have cost her life and Jessica is TOO BUSY to address this. We have given notice and are bringing my mom home./ after I left this negative review I received a call from Justin, the director. He took the complaints serious and took action to fix things. He is a stand up guy. He went out of his way to help myself and my mom. I would highly recommend the lodge at eagle ridge. I wish my mom was still living there.

Our 94-year old mother enjoyed living at the Lodge where the staff, management and residents made her feel at home. The staff were competent, caring and considerate of her comprehensive needs and requests. She found a community filled with enriching activities (singing, dancing, games, art and much more). Our mother form close and inviting relationships. As a family we found the staff both professional and genuine in their care for the residents and management of the facility. Our mother was at the Lodge for nearly 2 years and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, friendly and safe community for their elderly family member.
Beautiful building with breathtaking views of the Olympic mountains from the restaurant. Sunsets are captivating and generate a 5 star dining experience when paired with the wonderful food and beverage options. Dining staff is eager to be of assistance in providing the best of service. Enjoy an elaborate array of cuisine featuring healthy options, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and tasty vegan entrees. From the warm, friendly greetings at the front desk to the genuinely passionate care team, this building exemplifies all important facets when considering a Whole Life Living program for your loved ones.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at GenCare. It has a nice general living area, the view from the dining room is great. The other general areas were very nice and accessible. The activities offered were varied and Macey was very interested in my comments and she answered my questions. I feel when I am ready this is where I would like to live.
Very friendly staff. Very well maintained. Beautiful views. My mom loves it there.
