Excellent place for your loved one. I do wish however that the doors locked. There's a significant amount of unlocked areas in this facility which I did not realize when we moved in. As people age and their forgetfulness it gets greater it would be nice if there wasn't five doors for people to go in and out of. It makes it nice for those who are independent 100%, but we all know you move in independent and memories get a little bit worse and you go outside and you're not sure where you are all alone could be dangerous. Also when we moved in I would say whoever the chef was was top-notch. Breakfast lunch and dinner were amazing. For some reason the past few months the food service has been suffering. It's not bad by any means I would just appreciate someone to bring back the vegetables. Again aging individuals need fruits and vegetables not bread, pasta, bread, pasta, bread. I know that older people like these things however could everybody get some vegetables with every meal please. It seems you have to ask repeatedly to get a side salad with your sandwich. For the caregivers I would say they are amazing I have had nothing but great interactions with all of the employed nursing staff. The front desk is super friendly. The wellness coordinator is so nice and helpful. The staff is one of the reasons we came here and the reason that we will stay. Overall convenient location, decent cost, exceptional customer service.
