Lovely boardwalk starting from Charleston Place entry along edge of rainforest through to small jetty on Maroochy River. Next stage underway.
These resorts are misleading by being advertised for over 50s (not all over 50 are retired), as it appears most people are over 60 or older and activities organised during working hours. Facilities are used by residence grandchildren on weekends and holidays leaving working residence, little kid free time to use facilities paid for in their weekly fees. I chose to escape suburbia. No onsite van parking and incurs a fee to use the off site facility. Very minimal visitor parking, so vans and vehicles are parked on streets greatly reducing passing space on residential roads Be aware, if you move into a resort still under construction, respect from the contract workers does not exist and the construction can go on for two years or more 6 days a week These are my personnel options from my own residential experience. Not able to sell and move as I work fulltime and I love my job

A beautiful club house surrounded by nice looking one and two story houses. It's nice to have another choice for retirement housing on the Sunshine Coast.
