I viewed one of the homes last week and I am really looking forward to buying one of your homes, maybe Stage 3. While waiting for Stage 3 I would like to move in to another home while waiting for completion. I am extremely interested and excited and can’t wait to start living at Gemlife. My husband & I would Like to say a huge thankyou to all the trades people that worked on our new home at Gemlife Gold Coast ,a special thanks to the building supervisor paul who worked 12 hour days to complete our build on time . to the sales team Ashleigh & Lisa always available to reasure us how easy this downsizing transition would be , there were interior & exterior designs for all colour choices put together by a professional interior designer . We love our new home and all the modern appliances & finishes everything is state of the art. The kitchen familyroom is huge , the Alfresco has plenty of room too . Now to sit back relax & enjoy our new lifestyle at GemLife Gold coast .
Very nice reception area and friendly sales lady on Saturdays. The masterplan can be seen but none of the homes have started being g built. There are no display homes to be seen, every design is in a display package and they are without dimensions. Definitely worth looking at though. Biggest plus in my opinion is the whole development is being on a sloping landscape. Flood Free!
It's going to be top notch... House build looks great.
