Update/response to GDA Rind’sches Bürgerstift: I, in turn, am very pleased if our honest praise is so well received by you and your employees. This way we can at least give back a little bit of all the good you do for us. I would also like to take the opportunity to mention the cleaning staff, who are often unfairly forgotten, and my mother-in-law raves about their friendliness and helpfulness as often as they do about the good food. ————————————————— My mother-in-law lived in the Rind'sche Bürgerstift's assisted living facility for almost twelve years until her 99th birthday and was not only happy with her beautiful apartment there, but also very satisfied with the services offered and the support from the facility. Unfortunately, she recently had to give up her autonomy and move to full-time inpatient care. We are thrilled and very grateful for the great help and support that we all, both my mother-in-law and all of us relatives, receive in this area from the always friendly, helpful, competent and solution-oriented employees, whether at reception, in administration, in care management and of course particularly important directly in the care area - right down to the building technology. I would particularly like to mention Ms. Denise Spamer. She is an extremely nice, friendly and helpful administrative employee. It's incredible how she coordinates and organizes everything, how she finds a solution for everything and offers support wherever she can. The fact that she does this in an extraordinarily approachable, sympathetic and positive manner is a great blessing, especially at times when you already have enough to worry about looking after frail relatives. We really appreciate all of this. Many thanks to you and the whole team!
We would like to thank you very much for the very friendly, humane and competent support in arranging my father's short-term accommodation. Both the nursing management and all the other employees we met during our consultation visits made a very nice impression; loving care still seems to have a high priority here, which is very important to us. The whole house looks very well maintained and is lovingly furnished, the reception area looks more like a nice hotel. We are very happy that we were able to get help so quickly and that we found such a friendly senior citizen facility! That's why - even before my father moves in - a big thank you goes out to everyone involved!!
