Hildastraße 2, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany
This is a long term stay hotel which partially felt like a retirement home since it was inhabited by elder people. The bed was too short for my height and pretty small in width. Pictures are better than the real deal. Other than that, it was decent price reasonable breakfast for 10 euros, clean and nice staff. Good location.

Excellent location, short walk through the park to the city. Clean well appointed accommodations. Excellent service. Will always stay here when visiting Wiesbaden.
The GDA-Hildstift in Wiesbaden is a very well-run facility! It's bright and very well-maintained. The staff are friendly to one another and show this friendliness, along with great respect, to the residents. The mobile nursing care is excellent.
The accommodation is close to the city center, 10-15 minutes walk. On the way I saw a squirrel and a rabbit coming from the spa park opposite. Very quiet location, with birdsong... The covered balcony protects you from rain. The rooms are quite large. The bathroom too. Lots of storage space in the cupboards in the kitchen and living room/bedroom. A mirror in the wardrobe would have been nice. Cooking utensils (pots, pans) can be rented for 20 euros (one time). Nes coffee, coffee cream, sugar and tea were replenished every day. There is a back entrance to the park where the road is not so steep. The prerequisite is that you have a key. I couldn't find the indoor swimming pool myself. Should have asked.... The single beds are like a spa house, with electric head and foot adjustment:) An extra bed is no problem. I had a pleasant stay during my training in Wiesbaden:) Thank you very much!
Edit: The statement that we advise our residents not to store expensive items (jewelry) in their apartments underscores the incompetence. By the way, discussions have taken place with the home. My grandmother's jewelry (and the money, too) was not found among the stolen goods, no insurance covers it, and now the residents are left with the damage caused by thefts by the home's employees. —————————————————— When my grandmother's physical and mental health deteriorated, there was hardly any support from the nursing staff, and they were basically just annoyed, even though they were billed €10,000 a month for the extra care. Of course, we've already looked for another nursing home, but it's hard to find one right now. The worst part, though, is that money and jewelry are constantly being stolen. All of my grandmother's expensive jewelry is gone, and the home has absolutely no effect on that. Some residents have been telling the exact same stories of theft for years. The home is rather upscale, so there's always plenty to be had from the residents here. I don't want to blame it solely on the staff, but there's also an external woman who has nothing to do with the home who offers to do the residents' laundry for money. When the residents become slightly demented and naive, they allow this help to go unchecked. The home's job is to ensure that external people don't offer these people help and enter their apartments unsupervised. I don't want to blame this woman either, but theft definitely happens here all the time, and we were careful and hid the jewelry and money. Overall, it's too expensive for the service!
