Gateway is a great place to call home! I moved here shortly after they opened and have seem many positive changes since Crystal arrived as our new manager this summer. Residents are her top priority and she is very professional. Jamie is topnotch maintenance. He responses to our repairs quickly. For the handicapped, Crystal has had an automatic door installed and additional parking spaces. If Crystal tells us she will get something done, she follows through and doesn't disappoint. I look forward to all the other improvements we may get in the future thanks to the efforts of Crystal .

I’ve lived in Gateway 6 months and enjoy the quietness of the location, how the apartments are set up, and the convenience of being close to the hospital and interstate. (Minus one star based solely on building plan- builders should have considered a second elevator and perhaps a little more closet/storage room in appts) There’s been a couple maintenance issues but each were addressed and resolved quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful, wide variety of (optional) activities are planned each month. During building meetings, suggestions are listened to and implemented if possible. Everything is safety oriented and energy efficient!
I love living here We are very active with different daily activities except weekends. Crystal frequently joins or at least checks in during those times. She is very professional , respectful, courteous and friendly. We were told/promised so many things prior to her coming that never came. Crystal is honest with us and follows thru with what she says. We love her joining our big family at Gateway. Jamie in maintenance is soooo helpful. He is also respectful, courteous and professional. He completes work orders on a timely bases. During our recent storms he was here early cleaning the sidewalks and worked hard all day to keep us safe. Both Jamie and Crystal are always smiling and listen to our needs, always honest with whether it can be done or not. We continue to be one big family.
The management Crystal is very welcoming, she has done everything that she says that she will. She follows the rules professionally and treats everybody the same. She interacts with the residents during our activities. She is very friendly, respectful and respects our privacy. Maintenance is right on the ball with doing work orders. He kept our sidewalks clear, working hard during our storm.
The building is not ADA compliant or safe. Residence were given one key to the front door. It hasn’t worked for 10 days so paramedics cannot get in and residence cannot get in unless someone comes to open the door for them on the inside out. Management has not been present and this has not been resolved in a timely manner at all.
