I cannot express enough how Joyful I am knowing that my Mom is surrounded by people who are loving, caring, and kind! My first impression was with Jackie and Melissa, and I was ready to sign on after I heard them speak about their love for the residents, and could sense how genuine their compassion is. This was continual with every single staff member, nurse, and caregiver I've met. India & Jasmine make my mom smile from the heart, and Amber runs the most Amazing craft events! Amy has orchestrated a beautiful staff, vibe, and environment. There are so many other nurses, caregivers, and beautiful kitchen staff and we love them all. Thank you, Tim and Daniel, for keeping everything running smoothly! Thank you for welcoming my Mom with such a loving spirit. I'm so grateful we found you all and thank you!!! 🙏🏼✨️💕

Gates Mills Club is an amazing place to work! The staff and residents create such a warm, welcoming environment, everyday is filled with laughter and fun. It’s truly rewarding to be part of a team that cares so much about the well-being of our residents.
