A very lovely hotel. Tasteful decor, very elegant breakfast porcelains. It's a historic building, so the floor in the hallway might be a little squeaky but cannot hear from inside the room. Restroom in the hotel room is clean and modern. They provide good quality toiletries. It's hard to reserve a room here. I checked multiple times started couple months before my trip, then finally found a room available on the night before departure. Friendly staff. I definitely recommend.

Location/building is great but staff can vary between very friendly/helpful & quite rude. The room we had was of a good size, quiet with a very comfortable bed but no facilities included (tea/coffee/biscuits/air-con/welcome info/fridge/safe).
Is the best experience ever. We book a room for our wedding and I fell in love. Since that time we come over very often. I've been a lot where in the world, but this is my favorite place! Service, atmosphere and the quality of food and overnight is gorgeous.
We booked a suite here for couple of nights in Falls. The Castle itself is really beautiful from inside out. The breakfast was stunning, as well as quality of the hotel restaurant in general as we also had diner in hotel. Service was good, but should be more friendly.
Been there on a wedding, truly amazing setting. Food and drinks were very good, staff is polite and welcoming. It’s the perfect place to get married. Unfortunately the really beautiful rooms are surprisingly noisy. You literally here every door opening and closing. Normally we sleep like stones, but it was really really loud. Not everything authentic is good I guess… so 2 stars less. Breakfast was great again, nothing to complain, everything high quality.
