My father was recently here for rehab and his experience here has been great. We all were happy with the staff. Every single person was caring and attentive to the patients. My father received the best care and rehab at this facility. We even received assistance for getting a hospital bed for my father at home by one of the OT therapists Jackie. I am so pleased with the rehab facility. Most importantly my father was also. Thank you Gardner Rahab for caring for my father!!! My sister and I appreciate all the time and effort you put in!

Wonderful facility! From the moment you walk in to the care and support offered by all the staff is top notch. They say the first impressions are the most important and having been greeted by Jada was incredible. She is friendly and helpful. She puts you at ease for your visit there.
Jada is an absolute gem at the Gardner Rehabilitation and Nursing Center! Her compassion, dedication, and professionalism shine through in everything she does. She goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and valued, always with a warm smile and kind words. Her hard work creates a positive, uplifting environment, making a real difference in their lives. Jada truly deserves recognition for her outstanding commitment!
I had the pleasure of joining The Gardner team at their open house ribbon-cutting celebration for their in-house dialysis center. The facility has done an amazing job, creating a terrific environment for residence in need of dialysis while receiving short-term rehab before returning to the community! You could tell the staff are very committed to caring and providing for each, and every one of the residents they are given the opportunity to care for. The event was so nice with catered food offering massages and two tow caricature artist. It’s a great touch! Keep it up Gardner team another great way to serve your community!
Pam Leighton has been so caring and the most compassionate person I've ever met. She is the best. Her personality puts my husband at ease through his ordeal. It has been and continues to please a pleasure to know that she has an interest in his well being and health recovery. THANK YOU EVERYTHING YOU DO PAM
