Be careful if you are considering purchasing a property here. I had an interest in potentially purchasing a unit here but after obtaining feedback from neighbors directly I found that there are some serious issues with how the HOA is being managed by the builder. In June a meeting was held with the builder and the residents and the concern was a large amount of funds that were meant to be part of the HOA fund were moved elsewhere and there was also an outstanding backlog of repairs for the pool. Neighbors also indicated that it was difficult to get info from the HOA on an ongoing basis. Buyer beware!
