I could not imagine a better place to have cared for my father in his last seven months of life. This company is second to none and the care they provide is just outstanding. They were very responsive no matter what time we needed them and they sent only the best people to care for my father. From the start to the very end, they were with us every step of the way. The Gardens of Western reserve were wonderful to work with! Rich is very responsive, friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. My caregiver Mike did an excellent job with taking care of me. I only wish they had caregivers in the Cleveland Heights area because I would still use them. I highly recommend this agency!
I couldn’t have asked for a better caring, loving team to take care of my mom from February until her passing in September. Not only was my mom being taking great care of, but the team was so good to me and my sister. They made sure we were comforted and concerned of our well being.
