The residents are amazing and friendly. The practitioners are good at keeping up to date with resident care. The management is not the hands on type preferring to delegate duties to other staff members who are not licensed or qualified to do certain tasks. The administrator doesn't have a very good repore with the residents instead she dictates what they can and cannot do in this place they call home. They are told what to do and when to do it. Residents rights do not seem to come into play. Look closely before considering this place for your loved one.

Pretty lame when your employee, Christine, took advantage of your resident, Merrilee Brooker, by going to the casino with Merrilee and blowing all Merrilee's money. Yup.. bet you all never figured that other people would be aware of that. Because Merrilee told others about the exploitation of her money!
The Gardens at Osage Terrace, an Assisted Living Community in Bentonville , AR, offers the highest quality I have found in NWA. An arial view reveals its large outdoor landscaped gardens surrounded by apartments. Residents are encouraged to participate in daily activities and all holidays are celebrated. The entire building is cheerful, bright and clean. Indeed “it takes a village” to care for those facing elderly decline. They do what I cannot. The collective energies of the staff is giving my loved one the highest care possible. I am grateful to The Gardens at Osage Terrace.
