Was recently discharged from Future Care. My experience was very positive. The staff were very attentive. The therapy people gave me my life back. The rooms were clean. And the food was good. The only downside I experienced was on occasion there were dementia patients in with the rehab people, which could be disturbing. Hey Kylie, Dolly, Diane, and Winnie, I will never forget you.

My recent stay was atrocious. They come in and treat you and your family like gold until all the papers are signed, then it's a different story. They are highly understaffed, incredibly rude and very unprofessional. The food portions are very small. The aides are extremely rude. If you ask for something look out, especially if you had to go to the bathroom. I begged my family to get me out of there. The halls smell like urine and poop. The only bonus was the Dr's they were very nice. Avoid this place at all cost. Especially if you're elderly.
This was my first time at Future Care. The facility is warm and cozy. My friend and her roommate had no complaints and their needs seemed to be met. And the staff at the desk and those that entered the room were very friendly.
My dad is currently in there and from just visiting a couple hours a day over the past week I've repeatedly noticed staff take like 30 minutes or more to bring patients things they need like medications, food/water, assistance for various things, etc. Not to mention have forgotten to deliver him meals like 2 or 3 times, he'd have to tell them when they'd come to collect his tray later on. The doctor hardly shows up during the week to give updates as well. The only positive is the actual rehab work they do. So 1 good aspect out of the day. That's the only reason I don't give it 1 star.
Had a great care team meeting today. Everyone participating was knowledgeable, caring, resourceful to our needs, and professional. The team listened carefully to our concerns and made suggestions that will be highly useful to my husbands future. Thank you everyone! Deborah H
