I went there to visit my husband. He was in a cheerful mode. The room and bathroom was very clean. This was at 5:15 pm. The staff was very helpful and Anthony was very happy to see his favorite nurses (which was all of them).

I stayed at Future Care for five weeks. I stay there was very well. The employees were attentive to me. The facility was clean. Rehab staff was did a phenomenal job of helping me get on my road to recovery. Thank you to the staff of rehab.
I visited FutureCare when it first opened and was immediately IMPRESSED. Recently, I had a close relative and a friend spend time there in rehab; my causal impression is now a confirmation that Medicare’s FIVE STAR RATING is accurate. Let’s face it, no rehabilitation or nursing home is perfect or without some issues. Having visited many rehabilitation and nursing homes, I can assure you that it is one of the best in this area. It is very clean and organized with a family room that can be used for private group dining, small parties or visits of large groups. The FITNESS ROOM is very large and spacious and filled with modern equipment and busy, expert physical therapists who do a wonderful job. It is always very clean and organized. In fact, the whole facility is. The FOOD IS VERY GOOD & and residents are allowed, within limits, to select among several choices. Kudos to the chef and dietary staff. Finally, the DIRECTOR IS VERY DEDICATED & hands-on and not just confined to her office. Once, I saw her outside checking for possible violators of handicapped parking. Which brings me to one problem; there isn’t enough handicapped parking near the main entrance or on that level.
The facility was very clean and beautiful. The receptionist was polite and professional on Sunday afternoon April 6, 2025. I work in long term care and I have to say; I was impressed with this facility.
It was extremely noisy during the night shift. It looked and sounded like a day shift should. The staff be right outside patients’ doors talking and laughing so loud. At one point all the staff except the lady at the desk and one other employee were the only ones on the floor. The facility was nice and clean.
